Right of withdrawal

Details on Exercising Your Right of Withdrawal 

At Yalaklin, we offer a voluntary guarantee that exceeds the standard legal requirements. In addition to your statutory right of withdrawal, you may cancel any order up to 72 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning service, free of charge and without providing a reason, regardless of when the booking was made. Appointment changes or cancellations can be submitted quickly and easily through the Yalaklin website.

Your legal right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days, starting from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by submitting a clear statement (such as a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the following form and send it to Yalaklin Managing Director:

Upon receiving your withdrawal request, we will promptly send you a confirmation of receipt (e.g., via email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the fourteen-day period expires.

Consequences of revocation

Upon cancellation of this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, ensuring the refund is processed promptly and no later than fourteen days from the date of your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless an alternative arrangement has been expressly agreed upon. No fees will be charged for processing the refund.

Should you request the commencement of services during the cancellation period, you will be obligated to pay for the portion of services rendered up to the time of cancellation. The amount due will be calculated based on the proportion of services provided relative to the total services outlined in the contract.
